1. Why Deliver?
Whether you run a bakery, wine shop, deli, fish shop or fast food restaurant, Deliver is the online ordering solution you need to make your life easier.
Intelligent, customisable and simple to use, this add-on fully adjusts to your business’s hours, services, number of employees, inventory and much more.
There’s no need to be experienced to use Deliver! However, if you have any questions, our team is available to help you from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
2. I don't have a website yet, can still use Deliver?
You can still benefit from Deliver without a website. The online ordering system can be easily integrated into your professional Facebook or Google My Business page.
3. How complicated is it to integrate Deliver into my website?
An expert will help you integrate the online ordering system into your website. If you would prefer to do it on your own, we have also designed a simple and practical guide.
4. Is it possible to cancel my Deliver subscription before/after the 3 months offered?
Deliver is non-binding. This means you are free to leave whenever you want at no cost.
If you discover early on in your 3-month trial period that Deliver is not for you, we will deactivate the add-on free of charge. If you choose to cancel after the 3-month period, your subscription will end on the next renewal date and we deactivate the account.
5. How do I terminate my subscription?
You have two options:

6. Is Deliver able to support my activity?
If you can’t find your activity stats through your website, no problem. Get in touch to organise a 15-minute meeting with our experts, and they’ll analyse your business and tell you if this take-out solution fits your needs. Make an appointment
7. How long does Deliver take to activate?
Use is almost instantaneous! After completing your registration, Deliver will be configured and integrated into your website. If you need any help, make an appointment with one of our experts, and they’ll take care of it for you.
8. Can I modify Deliver after installation?
Absolutely! Once our experts have helped you get the hang of your new online ordering solution, you will be free to change and modify it as you please. Its management will be entirely your responsibility.
If you have any questions or concerns at any point, our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
9. Can I set up an online payment system?
Make your customers’ experience easier by activating the online payment feature, which you can configure to suit your needs. After they’ve paid, all your customers need to do is drop by to pick up their order or wait for home delivery if offered.

Stripe supports over 100 000 companies in more than 100 countries and across most sectors. After you’ve created your account, we’ll link it to your Deliver account to keep things simple, accessible and convenient.
